Chia Gel Recipe

Chia Gel is probably the most important formula you will learn for using Chia.  Remember, Linda recommends always mixing chia seed with water before eating or cooking.

  • Put 2 cups of water (slightly warm water will gel faster) into a container with a tight lid
  • Pour 1/3 cup of dry Chia seeds into the water
  • Put the lid on immediately and shake the container continuously for 10 seconds
  • Shake again after 30 seconds
  • Store in the refirgerator
  • As a nutritional supplement, take 2-3 tablespoons of Chia Gel, three times per day with your meals
